Maxima Bags by CDM Lavoisier are sterile intermediate bulk containers (IBC) available in 200 L and 500 L capacities, designed for applications requiring large volumes of pharmaceutical liquids. They comply with European Pharmacopoeia requirements regarding sterility, quality, and safety.

These large pharma bags require the use of a dedicated stainless steel container, designed to protect the products during transport and handling, while maintaining sterility and integrity. This intermediate bulk container is available in multiple configurations, allowing users to adapt it to different operational setups. Additionally, optional wheels facilitate the mobility of the casing according to specific usage needs.

Information on handling and transport :

The dedicated mobile container is a stainless steel transport container designed to protect Maxima bags and ensure their integrity during transport. It has been engineered to meet logistical requirements for heavy loads, with a total load capacity of 300 kg (including a 200 or 500 L Maxima bag).

Transport tests, conducted in partnership with Pall, have been validated according to ISTA standards for road transport, ensuring resistance to shocks, vibrations, and compression. For safe handling of this sterile bag container, the use of a pallet jack or appropriate lifting equipment is highly recommended.
